Chapter 2 - Hammerfell and the Fang Lair
Once you sneak across the Hammerfell border, you and the bandits reach the border city of Rihad. The Bandit leader says that he will be in town for a few days and directs you to find _Ashby, an exper Dunmer smuggler. _Ashby built up a reputation in Morrowind raiding Dwemer ruins, but he wanted to go to Fang Lair and Stros M'Kai and see the ruins there. He will tell the location if you steal one of three collector's items from a 'rival' of his. However , once you steal one of the items, _Ashby turns up behind you and reveals that he was watching you all along, and that the item already belongs to him. He simply wanted to test you. He allows you to keep the item (adopting a similar philosophy to Divath Fyr) if you so choose or trade it for the location of Fang Lair.
Fang Lair has two levels to it. One is filled with basic monsters and bandits, and has been looted many times. The second level however, is secret and has not been accessed since the days of the Dwarves themselves. In the center, the second level houses a temple full of riches and relics, but also the Spectral Dragon killed the Dwarves and guards the staff piece.
*side quest-Access to Stros M'Kai:
If you ask _Ashby about Stros M'Kai, he will tell you about the ruins, but will refuse to take you there. Politics are tight concerning Hammerfell Waters and _Ashby won't smuggle you there without more experience. In the Dwarven temple of Stros M'Kai, you will find religious tablet of the Dwarves. Give this to _Ashby and he will then prove transportation to Stros M'Kai.
*History of Dwarves of Kragen:
Idea 1:The Dwarves of Kragen were once a part of Rourken Clan. However, once in Hammerfell, a small faction wished to return to Resdayn. But they never made it back. The Kragen Clan go stuck in a mountain pass in Northern Hammerfell. The clan was nearly wiped out by a Dragon, that they revered to be/sent by Akatosh. The Dwarves promised to worship Akatosh to save their lives, and lived there for a time mining and prospering in the mountains. Eventually though, the Dwarves started to return to their old 'blasphemous' worship of Anumidium, the Brass God.
Idea 2:The Dwarves of Kragen were actually seperate race (or perhaps Redguards) that mined the mountains. They (may have) learned of the technology from the Dwemer, but were not related to them. They also employed the help of Giants in their mines, and the Giants confused them for the Dwemer calling them 'their smalling Dwarven friends'
Chapter 1 - Escape the Imperial Prison
Imperial Prison will be much deep than shown in TES4, requiring a real escape, despite it being a tutorial. Previous experience playing TES4 is expected, Ria Silmane tells of a certain cell that contains of an escape route. Only Uriel Septim knows of its existence, so the Eternal Champion can sneak out through it without the knowledge of Jagar Tharn.
On the way (in that particular cell?) you gain a companion that follows you out the prison (Imperial? Redguard?) He has 3 lockpicks on and will give a small tutorial on lockpicking in the sewers (bonus if you beat a hard lock with one pick) He is also killable, and has a note alluding to the bandits to meet up with. When you escape, the Bandit (or his note) tells to go to a Bandit Camp in the great forest. When you meet up with them, they will help you to sneak into Hammerfell and start your search for the Fang Lair.
Random Notes
The Passwall spell only affects specific walls, none other. Affected walls are (Statics?Activators?Creatures?) immovable and indestructible by other means. The spell simply makes them disappear, and leads to secret areas in the MQ dungeons containing easter eggs, treasures, companions, etc.
Easter Egg Ideas:
Stick of Chaos-Usless blunt weapon using the mesh of the Staff of Chaos.

Various Mod Ideas
Use 'Assassin's Blade' (found here)
Receive Blade from Night Mother.
Use Blade to kill names she gives you, once a week.
Lucky Old Mother
Make it so you have to sneak to get the Night Mother names, and just standing to get the luck blessing.
Sigil Gauntlents
Allows you to activate Sigil Stones while wearing these gauntlents. When activated, it takes you back to the Realm where you received that Stone. (deactivates the original gate, way to return is through the Stone again)
(After looking at the CS and how Oblivion gates are handled, this may not be possible.)
Chapel of Talos
Put Chapel of Kyraneth in Bruma, and a Chapel of Talos in Cloud Ruler Temple
(Doesn't matter with KOTN, it includes a Kyraneth retcon)
Quest for the Nines
Adds a quest for the Nine Divines in each of the Chapels (Akatosh in Kvatch, Dibella in Anvil, etc)
(Already done in KOTN)
Runestone Markers
Add map markers for the Runestones, Doomstones, and Birthstones. Create a new marker by replacing the Mine marker. Change all mine markers to caves.
Cellar Container
Changes the Cellar of the Imperial City Shack to a container. To be used as a place to store stolen loot (constantly locked with following script).

Introductory
I honestly believe that the Elder Scrolls series is the best game series ever. My favorite would be Morrowind, followed by both Daggerfall and Oblivion. I own a copy of Arena (free download) and Redguard (somewhere in my house). I wish to play the TES:Travels games, but I doubt I ever will.
But I recently started playing Oblivion again recently on my brand new laptop that I bought. Along with playing, my mind started to think of Mods that I wanted to make. One idea was to create a Total Conversion and recreate the game Arena. This blog will mostly lean towards that purpose, but perhaps will encompass other mods that I make as well.
